Meet Alex

I completed my training with Body Control Pilates, a leading training provider in the UK and Europe. Having danced for more than a decade, I was naturally attracted to Pilates due to its similar movement patterns. At 22, I began experiencing back issues and understood the importance of addressing them early on. Ten years ago, I discovered Pilates as a way to alleviate my lower back pain. After six months of practice, I developed a deep passion for Pilates, noticed significant changes in my body, and realized it was the ideal career path for me. Pilates also played a crucial role in helping me regain comfort and confidence in my body after childbirth. I have now been teaching Pilates for nine years, and wouldn’t change a thing!
